Moot Court

2021-2022 Academic Year

Moot Court is a challenging, yet enriching experience for those who aspire to become a lawyer, or for those who just want to improve their public speaking skills. Moot Court is a simulation of a court room, which uses precedents from a Canadian Federal Court of Appeal. It provides competitors with the essential analytical and public speaking skills; as they are expected to know both arguments for the Appellant and Respondent.

The Law & Society Student Association has collaborated with Concordia's Moot Law Society to provide you an excellent Moot Court experience all year long.

Do not miss your chance to represent Concordia at on of these three tournaments!
